2023 - 10 Industry Awards In Our Breakout Year

As we come towards the end of 2023 and our first full year of since opening our doors in October of 2022 we are taking a look back over what a whirlwind year it has been. 

Kentwood Estate Agents officially opened on October 3rd 2022 a mere 2 weeks after the mini budget crisis that plunged the economy and housing market into turmoil. Banks and financial institutions calling it the worst market crash since 2008.

Fast forward a little over a year and whilst the market has been tumultuous we have still succeeded to sell property even where other more established agents have struggled. The total value of property we have been trusted to sell to date exceeds £14,800,000!! What's more is that we have achieved this with an almost £0 marketing budget. Only word of mouth and customer reviews!

Throughout our first year we have been aware of awarding bodies to the real estate industry though never imagined in our wildest dreams we would qualify to enter, let alone actually win anything!! 

As it turns out not only did we qualify, but we smashed our way into contention and WON!! We spent last weekend attending the ceremony for the AllAgents awards at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow and what an amazing night it was!
